Jane Gardner started in the property industry in 1987 and worked within independent, franchised and corporate estate agencies.  During the years she has started up numerous businesses which have gone on to be incredibly successful and built an award winning lettings agency “Sewell & Gardner” in 2002, selling to Countrywide plc at the end of 2014.  

Sewell & Gardner sales and lettings won over 40 industry awards from 2008-2014 including the prestigious Overall Letting Agency of the Year at The Times & Sunday Times awards in 2013 and the Gold Grand Prix Award for Best UK Sales & Lettings Agency at the ESTAs in the same year.Initially after the sale of her business, 

Jane started helping out friends in the industry and in June 2015, she was asked to speak at the Lettings Live conference, which brought a wealth of new interest in her consultancy offering.  This led to a place on the Propertymark exam board, promoting the ARLA lettings & property management technical awards L2-L4, she is now a marker for the highest lettings exams in the UK.

Simultaneously Jane found great demand for her creative marketing skills. With a team of media staff working on estate agency websites, video production and social media, all of which have a very bespoke individual look and feel, JP Gardner offers a comprehensive range of services as a marketing consulting agency. 
At the 2016 Lettings Agency of the Year awards, Jane assisted clients to win awards in Block Management, Website Development, Customer Services, Single Independent Regional Agency and UK Single Office.  Jane works with estate agencies across the UK who are dedicated to their online offering, be it through social media platforms, Wordpress websites, e-marketing or targeted ads.
